Events that took place in Fairfax County in December, 2015:

December 18 – 18-year-old Lake Braddock Secondary School student Laween A. Akrawi unintentionally kills himself while driving on the Franconia-Springfield Parkway in Springfield when he loses control of the BMW 3-Series he is driving and crashes into the trees alongside the roadway.^[1]^[2]
December 21 – 73-year-old Jae Hyun Cho fatally electrocutes 56-year-old Kum Yeon, then attempts to kill himself by the same method in his basement apartment at 7160 Pennys Town Court in Annandale. Cho is taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, and dies on January 9, 2016.^[3]^[4]^[5]
December 25 – 34-year-old Santos Narcisco Osorio fatally stabs 23-year-old Edgar Armando Serrano in Falls Church to settle an argument at a party.^[6]^[7]
