Franconia-Springfield Parkway

Franconia-Springfield Parkway is the name for Virginia State Route 289, a spur connecting the Fairfax County Parkway in Springfield with Manchester Boulevard in Alexandria. During its planning and construction, it was also known as the Springfield Bypass.

Formerly a secondary route, in 2012, the Franconia-Springfield Parkway became a primary road, and its numbering changed from State Route 7900 to State Route 289.[1]
