James A. Cetto II

James Alexander "Jamie" Cetto, II (November 5, 1971 – August 10, 2011) was a 39-year-old Dale City man who unintentionally killed himself, his 41-year-old passenger, and 52-year-old Katherine F. Miller when he lost control of his 1993 Toyota pickup truck and crashed into two other cars on Backlick Road in Springfield on August 10, 2011.[1][2]
