Steven G. Norris

Steven George "Steve" Norris (February 6, 1951 – June 13, 1966) was a 15-year-old freshman at Mount Vernon High School who was killed by Fairfax County Police Corporal Robert L. Ellis when he ran across Route 1 into the path of Ellis' speeding cruiser in Alexandria on June 13, 1966.[1]
