Henry E. Briscoe

Henry E. Briscoe was a 33-year-old man was mortally wounded by William H. Oehlert in Alexandria on October 15, 1921, when Oehlert shot Briscoe to settle an argument.[1]

Briscoe was taken to the Alexandria Hospital, where he died the next day.
