Fox Mill Estates

Fox Mill Estates is a neighborhood in Herndon, although the residents claim to live in Oak Hill.

On April 12, 2009, 19-year-old Siobhan L. Russell was strangled and stabbed to death by her 17-year-old boyfriend, Lee T. Wiggins, in his family's home at 12721 Magna Carta Road.[1][2][3]
