Siobhan L. Russell

Siobhan Louise "Shev" Russell (October 16, 1989 – April 12, 2009) was a 19-year-old Oak Hill woman who was strangled and stabbed to death by her 17-year-old boyfriend, Lee T. Wiggins, in his Herndon home at 12721 Magna Carta Road on April 12, 2009.[1][2][3]

Russell had graduated from Mountain View Alternative High School in February, 2009, and was working two jobs as a waitress at the time of her murder.

Her murder inspired her parents to create DASH, Dating Abuse Stops Here, as a resource for other teens involved in abusive relationships.
