Village Center at Dulles

The Village Center at Dulles also informally known as the Clocktower Center, is a shopping center in Herndon.

It was originally developed by Bahman Batmanghelidj's Batman Corporation and built in 1991.

The shopping center was purchased in 1999 by Willard Retail, who enlarged the center to allow for the expansion of the Shoppers Food Warehouse grocery store, as well as a Starbucks and two new pad sites.[1]

The shopping center is dominated by a large clock tower that gives the shopping center its informal name.
