Victoria Stefan

Victoria Alys Diana Stefan was a 25-year-old Fairfax woman who unintentionally killed herself and her 22-year-old sister, Elizabeth, when she crashed the 2003 Jaguar she was driving into a concrete Jersey barrier while attempting to turn onto Route 29 from West Ox Road on December 28, 2009.[1][2]
