Victoria M. Haddad

Victoria M. Haddad was a 36-year-old Lorton woman who was shot in the face at the Powick Inn restaurant at 9306 Richmond Highway and then run over by a car as she wandered across the highway on September 15, 1980.[1]

Haddad was taken to the Mount Vernon Hospital, where she died.[1][2]
