Shelinda D. Arrington

Shelinda Delores "Lee Lee" Arrington was a 21-year-old woman who was run over and killed by 32-year-old Gloria A. McMillan on Harrison Lane in the Groveton section of Alexandria on May 4, 2012. [1][2]
