Roy E. Rumsey

Roy Eugene Rumsey was a 58-year-old man who murdered his two-year-old daughter Kyra P. Franchetti, then set his home at 12107 Fairfax Hunt Road in Fairfax on fire before committing suicide on July 27, 2016.[1][2]
