Kyra P. Franchetti

Kyra Patricia Franchetti was a two-year-old child who was shot to death by her father, 58-year-old Roy E. Rumsey, who then set his home at 12107 Fairfax Hunt Road in Fairfax on fire before committing suicide on July 27, 2016.[1][2]
