Robyn M. Hawver

Robyn M. Hawver (March 7, 1978 – June 18, 1992) was a 14-year-old high school student who was mortally injured when her mother, 49-year-old Pam Hawver, ran the red light and turned the Oldsmobile 98 she was driving into the path of a dump truck driven by Willis E. Brown at the intersection of Lewinsville Road and Route 7 in McLean on June 18, 1992.[1][2][3]

The crash drove the car into a second dump truck, killing the other three passengers in the car: 15-year-olds Kendra Kristiansen and Jeremy Daly and 16-year-old Scott Sloan. Robyn was flown to Fairfax Hospital, where she died.[1]

Robyn was a a basketball player and cheerleader at Bethlehem Baptist Christian Academy in Fairfax.[2]
