R. Terrence Ney

The Honorable Robert Terrence Ney was a judge of the Fairfax Circuit Court from 1999 to 2014.

Ney was nominated for a seat on the Virginia Court of Appeals in 2005 and 2006, but was passed over both times because politics.[1]

Following a long illness, Judge Ney died on November 24, 2014.[2]
