Parc Reston

Parc Reston is a condominium community in Reston.

It was originally constructed by Oxford Development Group as Jonathan's Keepe, a rental community of 18 two and three story garden apartment buildings, in two phases in 1985 and 1987.[1][2] Jonathan's Keepe was purchased in April 1994 by Summit Properties of Charlotte, North Carolina from the State of California Public Employee's Retirement System (Calpers) for $31 million.[2][3][4]

The complex was renamed Parc Reston and converted to condominiums in the mid-2000s.[5] However, three buildings were not converted and were sold and later demolished to make way for construction of The Harrison at Reston Town Center luxury apartments.[6]
