Orator W. Hall

Orator Wesley "Jose" Hall, IV (November 13, 1982 – December 10, 2006) was a 24-year-old Burke man who was mortally wounded in the 6000 block of Old Blacksmith Drive when 19-year-old acquaintance Charles Caprino shot him to settle a business dispute on December 10, 2006.[1][2]

Hall was the muscle in the attempted rip-off of a half ounce of marijuana from Caprino by himself and Dustin R. Edwards. Caprino pulled a pistol, which the three men wrestled over before Caprino finally got out of Edwards' car. Caprino then shot Hall twice and shot at Edwards, but missed.[3]

Edwards drove Hall to the Glory Days Grill in the Burke Town Plaza on Old Keene Mill Road, where his body was found.[1][2][3]
