Okey C. Blagg

Okey Crawford Blagg (January 25, 1904 – August 1, 1970) was a 66-year-old security guard who was shot to death during a bungled burglary by Wilbur E. Johnson at the Northern Virginia Steel Company at 7398 Reservoir Road in Springfield on August 1, 1970.[1][2][3]
