Meadows of Chantilly

The Meadows of Chantilly is a trailer park in Chantilly.

Built by the American Mobilhome Corporation, it originally opened in January 1971 as the Friendly Village of Dulles.[1]

In 1983 the trailer park was sold to Fairfax Park Limited, an investment partnership headquartered in Detroit, and renamed Dulles Meadows.[2]

Incidents

On March 11, 2007, 60-year-old Richard Peterson and his 21-year-old disabled daughter Sophia died in a fire caused by a prayer candle in their double-wide at 14530 Lanica Circle.[3][4]
