Marcus D. Williams

The Honorable Marcus D. Williams was a judge of the Fairfax Circuit Court from 1990 to 2012 and of the Fairfax County General District Court from 1987 to 1990.

Williams became Fairfax County's first black judge when he was sworn in to the bench of the General District Court on June 26, 1987.[1]
