Fairfax County General District Court
The Fairfax County General District Court handles misdemeanors, traffic offenses, and lawsuits up to $15,000. More serious crimes are heard in the Circuit Court.
The Chief Judge is the Honorable Michael Joseph Cassidy, and the Clerk of the Court is Eric Barr.
