Frank A. Darling

Frank A. Darling (September 12, 1964 – January 25, 1993) was a 28-year-old communications worker for the Central Intelligence Agency who was shot to death in his car by Mir Aimal Kasi as he waited at a traffic light outside the agency's Langley headquarters on January 25, 1993.[1]
