Events that took place in Fairfax County in February, 2016:
- February 10 – 19-year-old Shaki E. Phillip is stabbed and mortally wounded in the 7400 block of Loughboro Lane in Springfield by 20-year-old Dilshad Dosky.[1] Phillip is taken to Fairfax Hospital, where he is pronounced dead.[1]
- February 23 – 35-year-old Babatunde E. Fadahunsi is shot to death in his apartment in the Skyline Towers at 5597 Seminary Road in Falls Church during a botched ripoff by 25-year-old Bernardo E. Ford, Jr.[2][3]
