Edward L. Stinnette
Edward Lee Stinnette was the Chief of the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department from 1998 to 2003.
Following the retirement of Chief Glenn A. Gaines, Stinnette became acting chief on December 7, 1998, and was permanently appointed on April 19, 1999.[1]
