Edward L. Skinner
Edward Lee Skinner (September 21, 1919 - August 27, 1961) was a 42-year-old house painter who killed himself after fatally shooting his 31-year-old wife Skinner at their home at 413 Egan Drive in Fairfax on August 27, 1961.[1]
