Edin Javier Carranza Cruz

Edin Javier Carranza Cruz was a 36-year-old Springfield man who electrocuted himself in Centreville on November 28, 2011 when the ladder he was moving hit some overhead power lines.[1][2]

Carranza was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.[2]
