The Dulles Park Shopping Center is in Herndon.

On August 22, 1974, the shopping center was the site of a civic disturbance following the fatal shooting of Felix K. Rorls by Fairfax County Police Officer John R. Mueller at a nearby 7-Eleven.[1]
