Charles W. Kidwell

Charles Wesley Kidwell, Jr. (December 31, 1947 – April 21, 1960) was a 12-year-old Chantilly boy who was unintentionally killed by 18-year-old David R. Cameron on April 21, 1960, when Cameron hit Kidwell, who was walking home from school along a rural road between Chantilly and Floris.[1]
