American Bar-B-Que & Catering is a restaurant and caterer in Lorton.

Founded in 1969, it is a family owned and operated company.[1]

In 1989, American Bar-B-Que & Catering founded the Polo Grill, which they turned over to Ralph Davis, an Alexandria restauranteur, in 1991.[2]
