Penelope A. Carlson

Penelope A. "Penny" Carlson was a 29-year-old clerk who was beaten to death following a robbery at the 7-Eleven where she worked at 2405 Fairhaven Avenue in Alexandria early on the morning of January 10, 1984.[1]
