Montie R. Rissell

Montie Ralph Rissell is a serial rapist and murderer.

From August, 1976 to May, 1977, Rissel killed five women: one in Fairfax County and four in the City of Alexandria.

Rissel was sentenced to four life terms in Alexandria Circuit Court on October 11, 1977.[1]
