Monique T. Moore

Monique T. Moore was a 2-year-old child who was killed in an early morning fire set by her father Charles at his ex-girlfriend's home at 3804 Redondo Place in the Sequoyah neighborhood of Mount Vernon on November 18, 1995.[1][2]
