Mario A. Rubio-Martinez

Mario A. Rubio-Martinez was a 22-year-old Alexandria man who was stabbed to death by 14-year-old Jose Rodriguez, a member of the MS-13 youth organization, in the parking lot of the Culmore Shopping Center in Falls Church on July 30, 2000.[1][2]
