- March 16 – After drunkenly injuring 28-year-old cyclist Ya Wen Su on Wiehle Avenue in Reston and being released on bond, 45-year-old Cynthia D. Paulson commits suicide in the bathtub at her home at 9717 Mill Run in Great Falls.[1]
