Kathy L. Smith
Kathy L. Smith is the supervisor from the Sully District and was previously the school board member for that district from 2002 to 2015.
Following the election of Gary A. Reese to the Virginia House of Delegates in November 2001, a special election to fill his seat on the school board was held on February 26, 2002, in which Smith defeated Alan W. White and Ellyn J. Soefer.[1]
