Jesus B. Arreaga
Jesus B. Arreaga was a 41-year-old man who was shot and mortally wounded by Fairfax County Police officer Frank Stecco in a stairwell of the Meadow Woods apartment complex in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria on October 24, 1993.[1]
Arreaga had gone to an apartment to collect a debt, and when confronted by Officer Stecco, reached for a knife in his belt. Arreaga was taken to Fairfax Hospital, where he died the next day.[1]
