James H. Randall

James H. "Jay" Randall was a 16-year-old Reston youth who was shot and mortally wounded by Eddie Bennett in the Four Seasons neighborhood clubhouse in Herndon on June 12, 1999.[1]

Randall was taken first to the Columbia Reston Hospital, then airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he died early on the morning of June 13.[1]
