James A. Morris

Colonel James A. "Jim" Morris is the Chief of the Vienna Police Department.

Following the retirement of David M. Rohrer, Morris served as acting Chief of the Fairfax County Police Department from October 2012 to March 2013.

On February 19, 2013, Morris was hired by the town of Vienna to head its police department.[1] Morris retired from the FCPD on March 22, 2013 and began as Chief on March 25.[1][2]
