George H. Scarborough

George Harold Scarborough was a 45-year-old gas station owner who was shot to death by 21-year-old James T. Clark, Jr., who ambushed him at his home at 6541 Yadkin Court in Alexandria on January 31, 1978.[1][2]

Clark and his cousin, 21-year-old Charles D. Stewart, had been hired by 38-year-old Betty M. Holler, who acted as a go-between in a murder-for-hire plot masterminded by Scarborough's 44-year-old estranged wife Jamie.
