Dorothy A. Peterson

Dorothy A. Peterson was a 33-year-old woman who was shot to death in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven at 8010 Richmond Highway in Alexandria on December 6, 1988 at about 1:40 in the morning by 16-year-old Eugene Turley, who was trying to collect a $75 cocaine debt for another man.[1][2][3]
