David Thomas, Jr.
David Thomas, Jr. was a 48-year-old man who was shot to death in his apartment at 3604 Derwood Lane in the Sulgrave Manor Apartments in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria by 18-year-old Clydel D. Diggs on October 28, 1982.[1][2]
