Darrion T. McCoy

Darrion T. McCoy was a 5-year-old child who died in an early morning fire set at his mother's condominium at 3804 Redondo Place in Alexandria by his mother's ex-boyfriend Charles A. Moore on November 18, 1995.[1][2]
