Crescent Apartments

Crescent Apartments is an apartment complex in Reston.

The complex is managed by Quantum Real Estate Management.

Fairfax County agreed to purchase the complex from the Mark Winkler Company on February 6, 2006, for $49.5 million, preserving the complex as affordable housing for county residents.[1]

On December 12, 2011, 34-year-old Colvin N. Morris was shot to death in the complex.[2]
