Charles D. Fanning

Charles D. Fanning was a 17-year-old Fort Hunt High School junior who challenged a group of other youths to a game of Russian roulette with his father's .32 caliber revolver, then lost when he fatally shot himself in the mouth at his home at 7916 New Market Road in Alexandria on February 10, 1970.[1]
