Charles Caprino

Charles "Max" Caprino (b. May 23, 1987) is a murderer and former salesman of recreational agricultural products in Fairfax County.

On December 10, 2006, Caprino shot 24-year-old Orator W. Hall to death in Burke following a failed business transaction betwen himself, Hall, and Dustin R. Edwards.[1] He then retired to the Cool Harbor Motel in Front Royal, Virginia to re-evaluate and contemplate his negotiation and customer service strategies, where he was arrested on December 13 of that year.[2]

Following his conviction on May 24, 2007, Caprino was sentenced on August 3 to 15 years in prison by Judge David T. Stitt.[3][4]

Caprino is currently serving his sentence in the Nottoway Correctional Center, and is projected to be released on April 19, 2022.
