Belle View Condominiums

Belle View Condominiums is a condominium neighborhood in Alexandria.

The neighborhood was originally built as the Belle View Apartments starting in the late 1940's.[1]

The 58-acre apartment complex was bought by Giuseppe Cecchi's International Developers from owners George C. Landrith and Eugene J. Olmi in July 1979 and converted to condominiums.[2][3]
