Ashley McIntosh

Ashley McIntosh (February 4, 1975 – February 13, 2008) was a 33-year-old kindergarten teacher's assistant from Alexandria who was mortally injured by Fairfax County Police officer Amanda R. Perry when Perry struck McIntosh's 2003 Toyota Corolla broadside with her police car in Hybla Valley on February 12, 2008. [1]

McIntosh was thrown from her car and died the following day at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Officer Perry was charged with reckless driving as a result of the crash, but was found not guilty.[2][3]
