Walter J. Graham, Jr.

Walter J. Graham, Jr. was a 59-year-old retired congressional aide who was found strangled to death in his apartment at 2000 Huntington Avenue in the Riverside Park Apartments in Alexandria on August 10, 1991.[1][2]
