Todd J. Rogers

Todd Jacob Rogers (January 10, 1976 – July 1, 2007) was a 31-year-old Manassas Park man who was fatally shot in his 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche by his girlfriend's 41-year-old ex-boyfriend John P. Bloxham on Phillips Drive near her home in the Beacon Hill area of Alexandria on June 30, 2007.[1][2]

Rogers, who had been pistol whipped and shot six times, was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he died.[1][2][3]
