Steven C. Intachit
Steven C. Intachit was a 28-year-old man who fatally shot his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jeanette W. Zarou, then committed suicide in the bedroom of his home at 3500 Courtland Drive in Falls Church on September 6, 1991.[1]
